Course Fees

Annual registration fees are payable on all qualifications, this is to cover your registration with Edexcel which is handled by us.
Member Rates quoted below apply should your company/organisation currently hold a Payroll Alliance corporate membership.



Professional Award in Payroll Administration
£1,678.50 + VAT (non-member)
£1,426.73 + VAT (member)
The fee includes all course material, refreshments and lunches during the week.

Certificate in Payroll Practice
£975 + VAT* (non-member)
£877.50 + VAT* (member)
+ annual registration fee of £108 + VAT

Diploma in Payroll Supervision
£1,625 + VAT* (non-member)
£1,462.50 + VAT* (member)
+ two annual registrations of £108 + VAT each

Exemptions: Please note if you are exempt from Modules 1, 2, and 3 because you currently
hold a Certificate in Payroll Practice then you will only pay 40% of the fee quoted above

Advanced Professional Diploma in Payroll Management
£2,175 + VAT* (non-member)
£1,957.50 + VAT* (member)
+ two annual registrations of £108 + VAT each

Students choosing the Fast-Track option will receive a further 10% discount on the course fees!

Please note that the fees above assume you complete your studies in the time stated. Should you extend your
studies for extenuating circumstances then further registration and deferral fees may be payable.

Courses with a duration of more than 12 months will be billed for 60% of the total fee in year one, and the
remaining 40% of the total fee once you have completed module 3.


*VAT is charged at 7.73% due to the combination of both vatable (@15%) and non-vatable aspects of this product. This rate has been approved by HMRC.
